Two week international residency
En enero de 2025, ETXE BETEA abre sus puertas a la nueva residencia artística internacional Una Habitación Propia, una iniciativa impulsada por Gariza Films junto con Thessaloniki Film Festival.
Este programa va dirigido a cineastas internacionales que quieran trabajar durante dos semanas en los espacios de Etxe Betea de Bilbao junto con una mentora.
La ganadora de esta primera edición es Alkisti Efthymiou con su proyecto Your delicate friend que será mentorizada por la directora Alba Cros.
Two Week International Residency is a program promoted by Etxe Betea with the aim of hosting an international female filmmaker for two weeks to develop a feature film project. The residency takes place in Bilbao, Spain, and provides a working environment, professional and feminist support, and the right conditions to foster the creative progress of the filmmaker and her work.
Two Week International Residency offers:
- Two weeks of accommodation at Etxe Betea.
- A dedicated workspace within Etxe Betea for the duration of the residency.
- Mentorship sessions with a professional woman from the film industry.
